Much more in Andrew Pinsent's thread, as the tupoc convoyers thought the bailiff would be coming back at 2:30 am. He didn't, is probably snug asleep in bed while the fuddlewads are staying up to repel boarders and calling for reinforcements.https://twitter.com/a_pinsent/status/1560153070046257153They made a ridiculous press release; I think they are saying they should be able to welcome white supremacists into their group without being criticized for it. Nazis have human rights too, sob!I think they will be evicted, hope they avoid committing stupid violence in the process.Val J
Sweet. I guess, wherever the money was coming from, there wasn't as much of it as they hoped. Maybe they figured if they set up a grift that looked like it had momentum, the donations, both from the gullible and the occasional wealthy sponsor, would roll in. And then, the momentum wasn't really impressing anyone, so the dough didn't come and the house of cards fell in.Well, you know what they say: Nothing fails like failure.
Wait wa-wa-wa-wa-wait wait wait wait...You mean to tell me these chucklefucks had a preliminary agreement to take over this place, from all appearances held events there, went so far as to hire people for a security force that is probably bigger than your local Wal-Mart (granted, that wouldn't take much)...and none of them thought it important to pay rent on the place? Who do they think they are, Donald Trump? Not remembering to pay the rent seems like a weird oversight, supposing that's what happened.By the way, something that doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things, but...given that they were apparently renting the place, were they allowed to make modifications to the building? Like say...paint the doors a different colour? Out of curiousity of where the building was, I went to Google Maps to check out the property, and...seems St. Brigid's had blue doors, as late as May 2022. Your screenshot shows that the doors are now...pinkish-red? Again, a minor deal, but given that they didn't even own the place (and don't know how long they've been there), I have to assume they needed permission of the current landlord to do any mods. This might be much ado about nothing, but thought I'd bring it up anyway.
Oooh, I hope they also forgot to pay their Director’s Liabilty Insurance.
