Perhaps people should build that into their lawsuits: "I am suing for all the donations that will be solicited as a result of my lawsuit, in the interests of this man not enriching himself by using defamation as a business model".
I wonder if there isn't some criminal code infraction somewhere in all this. I mean, Levant is conspiring to repeatedly defame people and use that to defraud his audience into donations on the basis of false representations (that he didn't defame anybody and that libel suits are attacks on his free speech, when he knows perfectly well that he did and they aren't).
