Chronicles of Twatrick: Still living in fantasy land.

As I blogged recently, I arranged to serve undischarged bankrupt Patrick Ross personally with legal papers and, after he publicly bragged about how he was evading service, he thought better of it after the process server I hired explained reality to him, whereupon he made himself available for personal service.

As hard to believe as it may be, the man who has lost every single legal encounter with me for the last 12 years, and has been driven into bankruptcy to the point where it is unlikely he will ever get out, read the filing that was served on him and tweeted, "This is going to be fun."

Seriously, he tweeted that. Let's watch how this turns out.

What were the legal papers served about? We are curious!

I'm sure it will be fun, but not for him.

Bravo!

Sometimes consistency is admirable. Other times it's doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Over the years, I've known a handful of people who were happy living the bare minimum life, living on welfare for a few hundred buck a month.
They didn't live a great life, but they seemed to be happy-ish. They were all a little... threadbare when it came to intelligence. They'd talk about all the amazing things they were gonna do when they won the lottery, then they'd light another cig and pop open another can of Lucky lager.
They couldn't see life past their nose. A couple of them are dead now, after living a life of quiet desperation.
Patrick seems like one of those people.
