I didn't know that being Jewish, gay, or first nation was something other people could catch by being around you.
Although, to be fair, most conservatives do believe that being gay is "a lifestyle choice" and are certain you can catch it like a cold unless you're relentlessly bullied out of it.
This is normal levels of stupid for political discourse ... in Y'Allberda ...
People like this are the bread and butter of the UCP - is it any surprise how they came to be in power?
In fairness, they're also the same people who think that Covid-19 is just the ordinary flu with a fancier name. Yet when they inevitably get Covid-19, they treat it with things like Hydroxychloroquine, Ivermectin, their own urine, etc. Last I checked, I've never seen anyone treat themselves with those things when they've gotten the flu in the past. I'll gladly stand corrected if proven otherwise.
Sadly, the person in the screenshot is pretty much echoing what the new Alberta Premier Danielle Smith is saying. In fact, Smith is very recently quoted as saying that, "(The unvaccinated) have been the most discriminated-against group that I've ever withnessed in my lifetime," which means either she's five years-old, or an absolute fucking idiot who can't look past herself.
