October is not going to be a happy month for Patrick. Count on that.
P.S. I suspect Patrick has no idea that his years of boasting publicly about how much he enjoys jerking around the Court, and lying to the Court, and playing games with process servers, and wasting peoples' time and money, is all going to come back and bite him in the ass during the motion to have him declared a vexatious litigant and award me substantial costs. And Patrick frantically trying to scrub his social media history is not going to help him as I have all the screenshots.
As a trivial example, we can go way back to 2012, where Patrick had been ordered by the Court to turn over a proper, complete and notarized Financial Statement of Debtor by April 16, 2012, or appear in court one week later to explain why he should not be held in contempt. Here's Patrick, bragging online on April 21 about how he refused to obey the court order:
Unsurprisingly, he was found in contempt two days later. And there's a lot more of this, all of which is going to end up in front of a judge.
As I said, the next several weeks are not going to be pleasant for Patrick.
P.P.S. Perhaps my favourite Patrick moment is when, over a decade ago, he was gloating publicly about how he had been advised that he did not have to pay me:
Patrick Ross: Still 0-for-infinity in legal actions. Oh, and there was no lawyer; Patrick lied about that.

Patty Boy showing a modicum of intelligence for once? I'll believe it when I see it.
I doubt this had much to do with intelligence, and more to do with Patrick having it explained to him how spectacularly stupid it was for him to publicly admit that he knew someone was trying to serve him, and further bragging publicly about how he was actively evading said service. Apparently, even Patrick can sometimes appreciate when he's done something unspeakably idiotic and self-destructive.
Hang on. So Patrick was ordered by a judge to do something or be held in contempt, and rather than do it, Patrick not only didn't do it but bragged afterwards on Twitter about not doing it? That is truly next-level stupid.
Well, I guess it's true what they say, even a blind squirrel finds a nut sometimes

To date, Patrick has faced very little in terms of consequences that he actually seems to understand, so he keeps playing games with everything, and no doubt thinks its a “big joke” since the chances of paying off the debt he has incurred is rapidly approaching zero.
More or less, he’s playing the legal equivalent of pigeon chess.
Does your process server have the ability to get an accurate Grande Prairie address for Twatsy? It's pretty clear that Ken's basement in Lloydminster is not where he's primiarly living these days.
ROD: I'm not going to advise the process server on how they should do their job. From what I see, they're pretty good at this, and they already know there will be more services in the near future.
