Where does one start to mock Ivison with that? He's obviously too tense to figure out that bringing children to a protest for many days (when they should be in school) will get children's aid involved.
Instead, he thinks he's being clever by taking a swipe at the "friend"...
Well, the friend is obviously a lunatic, but the notion that children's aid and social services should be looking at parents using their kids as human shields at the Ottawa insurgency is far from out of line.

Also too dense to clue in it's a spoof from RamRanch
I've noticed that over the last three days the right wing pundits, from the near-respectable ones in real media to the batshit crazy at the Rebel, have gone completely round the bend. With the complete collapse and discrediting of the MAGA-In-Maple-Leaf rolling riot, rising national revulsion at the occupation, and the looming prospect of serious, in-depth investigation into the funding, organization, leadership and promotion of the insurrection, they're looking desperately for and failing to find an angle they can tout as "victory".
Sheila Gunn Reid's Twitter feed is especially funny, a panicky stream of acid diarrhea in which she tries to string together literally EVERY anti-Trudeau cliché reframed for the occasion. A must read.
