Yo, Stephen! Now that your delightful wanker conference is over and you've returned to your gig at the Manning Centre for The Frantic Fluffing of Other Wankers, a question if I might, regarding the following:
At first the Conservatives, who voted against the motion, said they considered it "non-binding" and indicated they would continue to send out the 10-percenters.
I'm curious, Stephen ... given your alleged expertise with Canadian democracy and stuff like that, perhaps you could explain the curious consequences of a minority government deciding that it simply isn't going to abide by the will of Parliament. Really, I'm pretty sure that has some fascinating ramifications, so when you get a minute, feel free to put down the steak knife and fill us in on what we can expect when the governing party can simply decide that it's no longer interested in the official voting opinion of the rest of Parliament. I'm sure you will not fail to entertain.
P.S. I'll understand if Stephen has more pressing matters to resolve first.

Watch for a 10 percenter from the CPC taking credit for the Olympic win in hockey.
I loathe these people.

C'mon. Gibson's mention of Catamite Soudas put Taylor two degrees removed from the President of the United States of America.
*squeal!*
"Really, I'm pretty sure that has some fascinating ramifications, so when you get a minute, feel free to put down the steak knife" ...
That would be a snail fork, actually. On Thursdays the Manning Institute cafeteria offers its Gastropods All-you-can-eat Buffet.
Parliament rules are only for others don't you know?
Harper and his gang have are effectively imposing their dictatorship with a certain arrogance...
So much for democracy at the moment...
I loathe these reptiles.
I despise these reptiles.
They are beneath contempt.
