You really can't make this stuff up.

Twatrick tries to get all intellectual and literary on us:

August 2008 Book Club Selection: Mediapolitik, Lee Edwards
Modern media revolutionizing politics

Quite right, Twatsy -- someone who is utterly clueless about how his long-time, inane, spittle-flecked public rantings on the Internet might come back to bite him in the ass career-wise is just the person to explain the complexities that exist at the intersection of modern media and politics to the rest of us.

And, no, I didn't read past the title. I'm not an idiot.

Steve V. is just about the only blog in that eye-straining style that I'll read. But then, Steve is actually worth the effort.

A "book review" from the Pantload... no thanks. I'd rather go do the dishes.

I turned off colours in the browser and then at least it was not eye-straining.

He mentions the PRC government controlling Internet access for the Olympics. He may be on to something for solving his problem! If he applies for jobs in China, they won't be able to google him properly through the Great Firewall.

Until some Party member with a clean BGP router happens to check him out...

Yes, Twatsy, you do run a dynamic blog that engages its readership in an exciting and interactive manner. Let's see ... number of comments ... 0, 0, 0, 2, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, ...

Yeah, Twats, they're just dyin' to pop by and set a spell, aren't they? Twat.

So, moving the goalposts again, huh, Cynic?

Rayner said nothing about the number of commentators. He talked about traffic.

It's funny how often you insist those goalposts have to be mobile -- especially considering you're the one who so often dishonestly insists that other people are doing that.

Just aren't playing by your own rules, now are you, big guy?
