We were soldiers once. And French.
When Canadian soldiers die, Blogging Tory (and big fan of minority murders) "Neo Conservative" manages to fake sombre and sincere for several seconds at least. When it's someone else's soldiers, well, hey, shit happens, suck it up, my God, you people are a bunch of whiners.
I fear for the day when Neo has to report on a Canadian military fatality that was black. I'm guessing the cognitive dissonance will simply make Neo's head explode.
We could only hope.
P.S. As always, Stephen Taylor must be so proud.
