You only wish I was kidding.
Shorter Kompassionate Konservative Joanne: Pardon me while I completely trivialize the concept of consensual sex vs. rape in order to take a few cheap shots at Dion and his Liberal "Green Shift".
Don't worry, JoJo -- I took a screen cap of that heinous fuckery masquerading as a post. You know, just in case you suddenly grasp the complete and utter tastelessness of what you've written and disappear it. After all, it's not like you have history of that.
Remember boys and girls, we're the hate blog.
And furthermore ... let's see what JoJo does next, shall we?
Now she's starting to piss me off ... Joanne has put me on moderation. I guess she doesn't realize that screen caps are your friends.

Well, that set feminism back a generation at least.
I think something's up with Jennifer Wright. She's milking this waaaaay to much and now The National Putz is giving her space to rant?
How convenient.
NO kidding. What an opportunist. Now everyone's heard of her company, and she gets to sue the Liberals and get a bunch of money, too. In fact she doesn't even have to prove her fantastic claim that the use of the trademark damaged her business. Trademark law in Canada is simply insane.
I notice that Ms. Wright, in complaining about the Liberals use of the term Green Shift, has decided to call the program a tax grab.
Being concerned about the use of "her name" is one thing, but complaining about it in terms that the cons use is interesting. Methinks we have a "con" here.
I think the Libs screwed up, plain and simple, and that they're being schmucks about not backing down.
I also think that post on Blue Like You was seriously offensive (and told her so).
Oh yeah, and before anyone accuses me of anything Shannon = Luna. Same person. Always have been. Never claimed not to be. No sockpuppets in my drawers... hmm, that didn't sound quite right, did it? :)
"they're being schmucks about not backing down."
clearly, you've got a firm grasp of the issue....
KEvron
Ms Wright should invoke the Dalkon Shield law to repel these unwanted advances.
I didn't follow all the hoo-ha over there, but need I point out the obvious in saying for the millionth time that it's a s COMPLETE WASTE OF EFFORT to comment on these wingnut blogs because they're hosted by morally vacant recreants that "rig the game" when it comes to freely expressing dissenting points of view.
Sadly, these pathetic creatures don't want "debate" or even "discussion" but crave only fawning, uncritical support for their intellectually crippled drivel.
I just thought I would point out that the lieberals did steal, misappropraite the term "Green Shift" for their green shaft plan.
It is a copywrited name, associated with the title of a business. If Nike, or Coke were to do this to any small business where would the readers find themselves in this debate?
Fact is, most of us do not trust the lieberals on anything, and the one thing I see of their green shaft plan is that all of us who are not rich are gonna get the shaft. Pure and simple.

Nike and Coke vigorously protect their names. Like Bayer, who lost Aspirin to the public domain, Wright did not protect the name.
There is a company in the US "greenshift.com" which has been registered for years. They even put things on youtube
Why does she not sue them? Supposedly she can't afford it.
So who is financing her suit against the Liberals? Probably the same people who are freeping her phone, pretending they won't do business with her because the Liberals are using the same phrase.
Two things. First, the American company is not a political party, attempting to sell a product to Canadian clients. They could have Canadian clientel, however that is not their target audience.
The lieberals co-opted the name of a small Canadian business... Looking to profit off the term.
Lawyers are expensive, especially when you choose to go up against a political party, but even more so when crossing international borders. One fight is worth it, the other is not (American courts tend to side with Americans, not Canadians).
The other aspect is, a small company would be forced to make this a hiogh publicity issue, as going to the news is free advertising yes... And forcing the distance between her company and the den of theives at lieberal party headquarters is not only free publicity but also absolutly necessary when facing off against an entity that has more money, and proven throughout the last 100 years to have the morals of an ally cat in heat.
She should be suing for a lot more, since the value of the free publicity should be deducted from any award, if a court sides with her.
Actually, I think she is in cahoots with the Liberals, and at some point during the election, the telephone logs of all those calls from people who supposedly told her they won't buy from her will be revealed.
I am afraid, that if I was going to buy into conspiracy theories, I would find that bigfoot, and area 51 are far more credible.

Bigfoot was a hybrid who was bred at area 51, no?
Still, something seems strange about the whole Jennifer Wright situation.
"Bigfoot was a hybrid who was bred at area 51, no?"
ROFL Thanks for the smile dude.
