Just so we have "Right as Rain" straight here, when Israel or America use cluster bombs, that's okay, but when (if) Russia uses them, it's a "war crime"... Just wanted to clear up any potential confusion there. This from the very same people who decry the "moral relativism of the left" — how precious.

Red Tory, no, when America and Israel use them it is a war crime too. Oh, and I also think NATO needs to worry less about dead NATO soldiers and more about dead Afghan civilians. IE, less air and artillery strikes. But that has it's own issues.

You cannot be seriously saying that elements of the left were not defending Russia's acts? Using examples like Kosova, Iraq, etc to justify Russia's actions.

If you have some examples you would like to discuss, then by all means, present them. Otherwise, you're making a sweeping generalization with no evidence whatsoever, and asking us to do all your homework for you.

Well CC, perhaps I am wrong about this, but it certainly seemed to me we were debating whether or not elements of the left were defending the Russian invasion.
You asked for some samples to discuss, even going as far as to say you didn't want to do my homework for me. No I don't expect you to defend them, nor was I expecting you to.
