In this day and age, why would this not work? Think grassroots movement, with the instant messaging of the internet involved...
The second they walk on public property, and put up a protest sign any of us can photograph them legally. Post pics on the net, and then why wouldn't we make use of those lottery kiosks. Go to buy something that the corner store, whoops, there's their pics in living colour from an hour ago... No service here.
Of course this could be a slippery slope. Personally, I like what some groups south of the border do with these inbred monkeys. That's just passively block them out entirely with big big big flags. Denies them the attention the seek.
Heck, I would choose a mix of the CF ensign, Canadian flag, and the rainbow flag (just because those are the symbols they hate so much).
Sheena tends to agree with alpha male on this one. Nothing like high school gym class whisper campaigns and being given the wrong directions to the cool kids party to make clear where one's social ranking lies.
