Irony.

Whoopsie:

The vocal opponent of health care reform in the U.S. steered largely clear of the topic except to reveal a tidbit about her life growing up not far from Whitehorse.

"We used to hustle over the border for health care we received in Canada," [Sarah Palin] said. "And I think now, isn't that ironic."

Ironic? No. Really, really fucking hypocritical? Yeah, more like that.

That province really does represent a clear and present danger to the rest of Canada and has for quite some time now. Even worse than the Québec separatists.

Ms Palin's jaw-dropping little story does raise questions. One wonders that former journalist Pamela Wallin failed to ask about these little trips during the "Q&A session" that followed.

Hypocracy to be sure.

What is really disturbing is that the audience represented Calgary's moneyed elite. That it costs between 150,00 to 200,00 to hear this great representative of "jes' plain folks" is a cruel joke I cannot believe these people think they can get away with.

If they can, sooey's correct. Albertans are the dumbest people in Canada.
