Oh noes, PSA. Just recovering from nearly two months with a shoulder problem myself. Had a couple weeks early on where I was quite uncertain whether I would ever be able to pick up a guitar again. Worst. Pain. Ever.
What I did learn from it: Don't futz around when it's neck and/or shoulder; and do what the doctor tells you to.
month ago, after four days of standing on a bucket while terminating cables onto a patch panel, my lower back finally went on strike. pain translated down into my left hip and knee. finally got over it this past weekend.
Hate to interrupt, guys, but take a look at the ALERT article on Canadian Telecom plans for the Internet over at Cyrano's Journal/Thomas Paine's Corner. I'd post a link here but I can't.

So, Uncle L.
How 'bout that wrestling match you promised me? I could probably take you now that you're feeling pooped from pain. ;)
Affectionately,
Your Nephew
