Cripes on a Bike

Sorry for the big quiet here. Hoping todays physio will ease up my neck and shoulder so that typing and mousing isn't a game of stabbing pain fun.

Ouch! Take care of yourself, PSA.

Oh noes, PSA. Just recovering from nearly two months with a shoulder problem myself. Had a couple weeks early on where I was quite uncertain whether I would ever be able to pick up a guitar again. Worst. Pain. Ever.

What I did learn from it: Don't futz around when it's neck and/or shoulder; and do what the doctor tells you to.

Keeping fingers (and toeses) crossed for you.

So, Uncle L.

How 'bout that wrestling match you promised me? I could probably take you now that you're feeling pooped from pain. ;)

Your Nephew

Hate to interrupt, guys, but take a look at the ALERT article on Canadian Telecom plans for the Internet over at Cyrano's Journal/Thomas Paine's Corner. I'd post a link here but I can't.

Cheers,
