Judge allows TUPOC another couple weeks to squat in building they do not own and have been evicted from. Should we imagine the difference if the squatters had been, say, Muslims or First Nations?

The mills of God grind slow, but they grind exceeding fine.
The judge's incredulous comments and dismissal of Komer's various ill-informed attempted digressions (which bore an uncanny resemblance to Twatrick's courtroom writhings) suggest that she knows exactly what game he's playing. There's no rush - he'll lose this, and meanwhile whatever tabs he's running to keep the place alive are slowly rising.
Komer explaining to the judge that he actually lives on London and is really only squatting at the church - comedy gold.
Komer's lawyer does not attend, is unavailable for the next 8 weeks

So were the convoy organizers hoping to stay at the church while the inquiry was on? Is that why Komer is delaying as much as possible?
It seems to me a good base for them to try to intimidate the local witnesses against them, both for the inquiry and for the class action lawsuit.
If the funds are unfrozen, will some go to TUPOC?
The inquiry has now been delayed until Oct 13, so can the people of Ottawa get rid of TUPOC before then?
