It's way past time to simply suggest that fake journos like Anthony Furey and Brian Lilley are hateful assholes and raging misogynists; it's time to point out that their relentless denigration of public figures is eventually going to get someone killed:
I'm guessing it's only a matter of time, whereupon the two of them would write entire columns, wondering how we got to this. I'm sure they'd blame Trudeau.

Yup, hospitals have been run ragged for the last two years. Health care professionals are quitting and retiring in droves. Health authorities are struggling to obtain funding, hire replacements, and hang on to current employees.
The pandemic isn't over, and we're facing yet another wave of hospitalizations and deaths as the fall approaches. Mask mandates have been lifted basically everywhere and almost nobody is wearing masks anymore.
But a health care practitioner who points out that we can't "return to normal" just yet is an extremist. Sure.
