Shorter “Hunter” at Climbing out of the Dark: Yes, yes, the whole Brenda Martin story is kind of sad and I sort of feel bad for her but why should our oh-so-wonderful Prime Minister call the Mexican President for one hysterical woman? Nobody made her go to Mexico, which is soooooo not Canada, so the fact that she’s in prison is really not my problem. Seriously.

By the way, in all fairness to Hunter, it's not like the vast majority of the rest of the Blogging Tories give a shit about Brenda Martin. Hunter just seems to not care if anyone else knows what sort of hideous monster she is.

I'm sure if her name was Brenda Harper (no relation), she'd be back here doing the lecture circuit already.
These people are dangerous. Seriously, they don't seem to understand the concepts of innocent until proven guilty and due process and they're more than happy to see a fellow Canadian suffer...in fact "Alberta Girl" thinks it's impertinent to impose on Stephen Harper to intervene in this case.
I don't know what we're going to do with them, but I can't imagine anybody being more inimical to our way of life than these Conservatives.

These cuntservatives and cocksuckvatives (that last one needs more work) wailed and moaned about the travails of poor Lord Black (who stole millions of dollars) to an extent that was nauseating. Some woman languishing in a Mexican prison? Fuck her.

Ms. Martin worked for the dude for 10 months and got roughly a $24,000in severance. Ms. Martin invested $10,000 of that severance money in one of Waage's companies. Ms. Martin was working illegally in Mexico when she was arrested.

Imagine! She got paid for work as a cook for a guy running some sort of cyber-scam, was fired because she pissed off his mother somehow, got a hefty severance package, then INVESTED some of that money in her former employer’s company in the mistaken belief it was a legitimate enterprise. As a result, when he gets busted, she gets charged as being part of a criminal conspiracy.
Bottom line: She was “working illegally in Mexico when arrested”… So sayeth “Wilson”!
