When really stupid bloggers blog.

Blogging Tory "Christian Conservative" finally has that smoking gun he's been waiting for (emphasis of mouth-breathing stupidity added):

This is the first I've heard of it... 550 metric tonnes of "yellowcake", the seed material for a nuclear weapons program, were found and shipped out of Iraq, on the extreme QT... and has ended up in the hands of a Canadian business, in Montreal.

So a question... will this quiet those who say there was no evidence of a WMD program in Iraq?

OH NOEEEZZZ!! YELLOWCAKE!!11!1!11! And it's the first you've heard of it, ChCon? Here, let me help (more embarrassing emphasis added):

Tuwaitha and an adjacent research facility were well known for decades as the centerpiece of Saddam's nuclear efforts.

Israeli warplanes bombed a reactor project at the site in 1981. Later, U.N. inspectors documented and safeguarded the yellowcake, which had been stored in aging drums and containers since before the 1991 Gulf War. There was no evidence of any yellowcake dating from after 1991, the official said.

Well, isn't special? That yellowcake has been around since before 1991 and we've known about it and it's been under U.N. control for quite some time but, golly gee, this is the first time ChCon has heard about it.

I've had cats that were smarter than folks like ChCon. Really.

I'm actually impressed that it took a couple of days for a meemy to start screaming about the WMD's.

Poor Christo-Con. Poor benighted, God-soaked Christo-Con. Had he only read the article from AP that broke the story two days ago, he would have been better informed.

Just shows that these people stop reading once they've heard what they desperately want to hear.

Kinda makes you wonder why Saddam was supposed to have go to Niger for yellow cake when it was already in his country?

Ah yes, but are they "redeemed by the shed blood of the risen and eternal Lord Jesus Christ"?
