It’s different when it’s me.

Shorter clueless Hunter: I wish people would just stop whining about how the government needs to do more and give more and pay more so they don’t have to. It’s high time they learned to support themselves.

Now could someone tell me why I should have to pay for my son’s class trip to Quebec? You know how much help we’re getting from the school, or the provincial government, or the federal government? None, Nada, Nil, Zip, Zero.

LuLuSnark. I think someone needs a nap. Thanks to RT for the very funny heads up.

It's Whinesday in Hunterland.

God, I'd hate to be the parents in Quebec who end up billeting her kid if this is the mother's attitude.

The best bit?

If they aren't properly screened the kid will wind up staying with some lefty separatists... tee hee...

I left a comment over there. I wonder if she'll delete it.

Are class trips that aren't paid for mandatory? Here in BC, they aren't..

If not. Shaddupp. Maybe your wittle boy will have to spend the time doing worksheets and writing long essays about what a bummer it is.. I don't have any sympathy for someone who supports a government that is undermining education and children at each step.

Same here, red tory. I even cussed, accidentally - comment #7.

Y'know, between this guy and that Paul critter in Sociology over here at U of A, I sure hope Edmonton doesn't get a reputation. Aww, who am I kidding. 3/4 of the autos here are '79 pick-ups with a good ole bible under the dash and a wad of chewin' tabaccy in every granny's mouth.

You should pay for your son's trip because no one else should be forced to.

Looks like I missed the sarcasm in the blog post.

Uh-oh, “Hunter” has gone into indignation overdrive. Mike’s inadvertent cussin’ seems to have tipped her over the edge.

I noticed that! I said "cocksuckers" in regard to the tight fisted gov't that won't finance students in dire want, well, spoiled bitches in dire 'not getting what they're owed just because they're alive.

Anyhoo, I layed it on thick, well, I need sleep, let's put it that way. Here is my second attempt at pissing Hunter off with sarcasm:

Hey, isn't there gov't handout for us insomniacs? You think building accessable entrances even comes close to my agony? I want money, FFS!

"Hunter, you and me, class action baby!"
