My current favourite blogger on the Conservative "in and out" scandal, "impolitical," gets almost all the way there when he writes:
In the meantime, I suppose, based on Harper's seemingly calming comments, the war on Elections Canada will continue, until a judgment comes from the Federal Court. And we should also assume that the Conservatives will be re-instituting the in-and-out scheme in the next election.
Do not merely assume that. Rather, during question period, someone should directly address the CPoC and ask them whether they plan on doing the same thing in the next election. Make them say it. Make them own it.
