Twitter permanently suspended my personal CC account a couple years back with no warning, and not even an explanation for the suspension.

How is it a lie though? It probably did take 5 strikes for them to finally suspend the loonbat. And since you were not such a big fish, it took all of "no warning - BLAMO!" for them to suspend you. It's bullshit of a sort for sure but there's no lie involved, just inconsistency.
...having said that, I really REALLY miss your main twitter account. Was always a fun read.
Foog: The "lie" is Twitter's insistence that there is a protocol they follow involving five steps of increasing punishment severity. It's not simply inconsistency on their part, it's mispreresentation of how their protocol for suspension works.
I always thought that their protocol was more, errr, liquid than that. Nothing as concrete as x-number of strikes and you are out. I sit corrected.
