Not sure how that adds up to "incompetence" on Miller's part. Her client is a professional anti-public health, anti-Islam, anti-LGBT provocateur who earns his living staging events that end with him writhing theatrically for the cameras in the grip of police, and raising money online and on the lucrative right wing American lecture circuit. Miller's job is not to stop that behaviour or enforce compliance; she may be unethical and an enabler, but she's done a pretty good job keeping him out of jail so that he can keep performing.
