Chronicles of Twatrick: Judgment Day.

For what it's worth (and as Peter Skinner has done before me), later today, I will be having a telephone chat with an agent of Canada's Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (OSB), during which I will be making a number of very insistent demands that the OSB drop a million-pound shithammer on undischarged bankrupt Patrick Ross, demands including (but not limited to):

  • telling him unequivocally that he has no right to file any actions without leave of the Court and that, if he does, there will be massive fucking consequences
  • ordering him to (pursuant to his very clear legal obligations under the bankruptcy regime) update his OSB file, including his current residence, his current employer, employment status and terms of contract, and a complete list of any and all assets he has acquired or disposed of within the last 10 years, including gifts, loans, inheritances, etc.
  • telling Patrick to prepare to sit for an official examination, where he will be required to answer questions from an OSB agent under oath
  • investigating whether Patrick should be either fined for his years of non-compliance, or even if he should be charged criminally for possibly concealing assets from the OSB

I have given Patrick years to do the right thing and act like a grown-up, now I am simply out of patience.

P.S. I will also be insisting that, if it can be established that any of Patrick's family assisted him in concealing assets from the OSB, that they be charged as well.

No more Mr. Nice Guy. Fuck those people.

Surely, Patrick's line of thought must have went from "can't touch this" to "it's hammer time".

Why else would he be so quiet on Twitter when he was ranting and raving about suing myself, Peter Skinner, CC, & Tyler Kyrg......

The hammer is about to fall.

Patrick's biggest problem is that, according to the OSB, he has not updated his file with them for over six years (which he is legally required to do every time there is any change in his residence, employment, financial status, etc.). And if it can be established that he has been working during that time, making good money, or if he has received any significant loans or gifts or inheritance any time in the last decade, he is in a massive world of hurt.

More to the point (and something I will really hammer home during my chat today), Patrick's pattern is always, ALWAYS to avoid any sort of engagement for as long as possible, and then -- when he is finally dragged before the authorities -- to whine, "Wait? I was supposed to do that? I had no idea, if only someone had *told* me!"

It has always been thus -- Patrick has represented himself for over a decade, bragging about his legal acumen, but when push comes to shove, he invariably falls back on, "I'm just a poor, self-represented litigant, I had no idea how things work."

That's not going to work this time; I will see to that.

Patrick's behaviour all along has been consistent with that of a Jr High schoolyard bully - poking people to get a reaction out of them incessantly, and then claiming innocence when the inevitable consequences do land on him.

The behaviour we see today is that of someone who appears to have stalled out as a teenager, and never grew beyond that point.

His lawsuits (and other legal prevarications that I have seen) all come across the same way - they're basically exercises in button pushing. They aren't worth spit to someone who understands how these things work because he's trying to wind up the other party emotionally, not present a case.

Quick question: If it can be determined that Patrick's family have been aiding in covering up assets for Patrick, are they actually subject to charges under the Bankruptcy laws?

My brief reading of them seems to suggest that they aren't, but I could be missing something in the intersection between the Bankruptcy Act, and the related aspects of the Criminal Code?

@jhayward9: Patrick stopped chirping online because I posted proof of him messaging my female followers to spread libel about me. That's undeniable proof of harassment, and him spreading more libel about me.

I'm on the fence on what to do with that information, because I don't want to be tied to the case should he plead not guilty (because of course he will) even with the physical evidence. On the other hand, I want that type of shit to stop. I personally don't trust Patrick's word after I proved he was outright lying yet again. Worse, he said he thought that type of action was gutless and something he was far too busy to do. The gutless fucker made time to harass me. Without a doubt however, it would be extremely easy to have him criminally charged with our history and his recent bullshit complaints to RCMP in GP. This afternoon, I'm going to be talking to Cst. Moss from the GP RCMP about all this (He's on shift at 3pm) and get some advice on what I should do. He was the one who last took one of Patrick's complaints and spoke to me about it, stating he wasn't calling to investigate but just make me aware and to give me the case file.

@MsG: He does act like a teenager. It's astounding how stunted his mentality is. He thinks he can sue everyone for the most minute comments. Telling him he's a piece of shit gets you a lawsuit. He's all about SLAPP, kind of like the 15 or so Tyler gave him last year. (Still one of my favorite videos to boost my mood)

Since was Twatrick was stupid and contemptuous of the bankruptcy system enough to post about his "vastly improved finances", $21 restaurant burgers and vast collection of Edmonton Oilers memorabilia over the last six years, there is evidence of "extraordinary substantive merit" that will get him in a load of trouble with the OSB.

Some of the most amusing reading in this entire saga has been the actual court transcripts, in which Patrick attempts his various prepubescent stratagems (I didn't know! But they did it too! I'm dangerously unstable and might kill myself if you don't find in my favour!) and encounters the huge, dispassionate machine that is The Law. He seems to think that avoidance and his delaying tactics represent some kind of victory. However, his little toe is now caught irretrievably in the slow, slow turning gears; he's being dragged inexorably into the works, and will shortly be ground to very small pieces; and he hasn't even realized it. Horrible but utterly fascinating.

Methinks Twatsy is about to find out just how true the old saying is: That the wheels of justice turn very slowly, but grind extremely fine. That guy is going to be a fine powder by the time the OSB is done with him.

Can't wait to hear what the reaction of the OSB people is to Twatsy's ongoing pagent of dumbness

So, how'd it go?

Oh, that was just the first call, there will be more, and the OSB is processing multiple complaints against Patrick so this will take time. I'm fine with that since the collection proceedings continue unabated.
