Oh my ...

Now who's going to keep the world safe from those family-destroying feminists and "unnatural" and "aberrant" homosexuals?

Boy Raph's gonna get a shock when he finds out Vancouver has a really large Asian population in that case!

Good riddance. He was a troll on Olaf clothing.

Well, I don't feel exactly that way about him. I think his biggest problem was that he was inarticulate and not very well-informed. And I didn't know he'd been laid until today...that really does affect people's disposition.

I wish him luck.

Ewps...that should have been "laid off."

pal, he's already made disparaging remarks/posts about how Teh Chinese have taken over Richmond, BC in particular, and has railed against Greater Vancouver as a model of multiculti gone awry in general.

So, I just about snorted Scotch through my nose last night when I read that little GBCW.

And Raph? Good luck finding a decent, affordable residence, let alone in a completely white, immigrant-free neighbourhood. :p

Oh, and I guess the West End is also completely out of the question since it hosts that annual celebration of the "unnatural" and "aberrant".

Well, TiGuy, being laid does affect one's disposition too. :-)

"The traffic here is literally like slow torture", he says, presumably unironically.

Adding anything would be superfluous at this point.

Well, he's got kids, so, unlike other Conservatives, at least here, we have some evidence of sexual congress to eliminate at least one possible source of misery.

well i for one, am going to miss the decency, the honesty and gentle fellowship of canada's most tender, dishonest bigot. poor l'il ruffles, sucking the pogey teat and just shocked, shocked i tells ya, that those mean corporations weren't going to offer him jobs that were up to his standards. don't they know who he is?. and it all happened when he wasn't feeling good too. what a model conservative, a whining prat to the end. so long raph, don't forget to write... on second thought, go ahead, forget all about it.

Maybe he could team up with Unemployed Kathy. They could job hunt together. Is it only conservatives that can't find jobs when the unemployment rate is so low?

If traffic is his problem, Vancouver may not be the place to go? I moved Edmonton to the B.C. interior and would never go back to a large city.

I've only flown in and out of TO minus the shuttle ride. You couldn't pay me to live in that urban jungle.

Oh they can find jobs, sq, it's just that the jobs out there are not *snif* up to their standards.

I absolutely hated Vancouver when I lived there for a time back in the 90s and couldn’t wait to get out. Despite all of the hype, to me, it was a dismal, dreary and entirely nasty place in almost every respect. When the first opportunity presented itself, I hightailed it off to Calgary which had so much more to offer in terms of “quality of life” (especially for a young family) even though it obviously lacked the wonderful scenic backdrop of Vancouver and other amenities such as being next to the ocean. Anyway, it should be interesting to see how RA’s encounter with the West Coast plays out.
