I just yesterday had an extended call with an accommodating lady at Canada's Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (OSB), and can report that the life of trustee-less undischarged bankrupt Patrick "Lord Baron Twatrick von Loadenhosen" Ross is about to get far more interesting.
I will keep the details to myself for the moment, but I will reveal that the OSB, in addition to redoubling its efforts to get Patrick's attention, has been provided with all of the current contact information I have for him, and has further been warned about Patrick's decade-long habit of refusing to answer e-mails sent to his account (currently "dragonfireideas@gmail.com"), and his refusal to accept registered mail at his parents' Lloydminster address, and his careful screening of calls to his confirmed phone number, and his avoidance of proper legal service, and his weaselly and gutless evasion in general, so they realize what they're getting into.
Ironically, if -- in this situation -- Patrick insists on dodging and weaving as he has for years, the OSB is quite prepared to rule against him without his participation; in short, as he did more than a decade ago, Patrick would once again lose a significant (and potentially quite costly) legal action by default, and wouldn't that be just like him?
In any event, once things start to happen, I will report here, and you will be invited to let Patrick know via the social media platform of your choice, just so he can't fall back on his perpetual defense of, "Gosh, I had no idea, if only someone had told me!!" Yeah, the OSB hears that a lot, and they don't have a lot of patience with it anymore. Especially with Patrick.

Short of parking a unit outside of Patrick’s house and nabbing his ass as he gets into his car, he’s already had a fair bit of success (in his mind) with evading consequences.
I suppose one of the questions might be whether or not the OSB can ask the RCMP in Lloydminster to pick him up for his “appointment” with them. Of course, one imagines that the odds of the door being answered when they knock on it is approximately zero - it seems that the entire family is doing everything it can too protect Patrick from the consequences of his (in)action.
MgS: This is why I'm keeping much of this to myself for now; to prevent Patrick from being able to prepare for it. All that would be handy at the moment would be some confirmation that Patrick is still in the vicinity of Lloydminster. It's not essential that that be true; just useful.
Wethinks that this is also very bad news for whoever Twatrick's benefactors have been all of these years. Somebody's been heavily subsidizing the Twatster's opulent undischarged bankrupt lifestyle of $21 restaurant burgers, endless Edmonton Oilers paraphernalia, Ford Escape ownership, and VIP pornhub subscriptions. This strikes us as something the OSB will uncover in their investigation once they track down Twatsy and the Ross family.
I was thinking he could be planning to inherit insurance proceeds. They are protected in "some states" but alas not here.
1) If an un-discharged bankrupt receives life insurance proceeds before completing their bankruptcy process then those proceeds will be seized by the Licensed Insolvency Trustee and used for the general benefit of creditors to the extent of the bankrupt’s debt.

His plan is likely to outlast you. Is your estate going to go after a 60 year old if you last into your 80s? Still it relies on you living shorter, and he living longer, despite his fabulous health promoting lifestyle.
Of course he may also believe that when Saskberta separates from Canada, that somehow the debts can be repudiated by the then foreign country he would be in.
@Cynic: For the same reason you're not putting all out there, I've been doing it for the last few weeks. My lawyer told me to stop posting what I may or not be doing so I wasn't alerting Patrick before things took place.
We've taken a few measures lately to prove some of my theories correct, and trying to pin down a few details Patrick said online a while back but relevant to the proceedings.
Patrick was messaging my followers if we all remember a tweet from the @fromalberta account, specifically that I had stalked a woman to the point the police got involved. To prove such things never happened, I FOIP'd all the interactions I had with law enforcement going back to when I was 18. It took time, but with covid19, we had all the time we needed.
Patrick likes to say because he believed it to be true, it was fair comment. Just like I was sending proxies to fight him. All of it is libel. 100% pure Patrick Ross libel.
Monday morning I have a surprise to announce regarding this mess. On a side note, I do RT nearly everything @RoD tweets because most of it is hilarious.
