Not to be pedantic, but Barnes and Kenney hate each other. Kenney kicked Barnes out of the UCP because Barnes kept criticizing him for implementing COVID restrictions in Alberta.
@ROD: I think "hate" is a bit strong - I'm fairly certain that Barnes' ejection was more political theatre than anything else.
I think any "dislike" has more to do with Kenney maintaining his control over the UCP. Barnes still mostly marches along to the UCP line anyways.
