Well, to start with, it's free for Kindle download ... gosh, might that have something to do with it? More importantly, it's well known how to game Amazon rankings, so none of the above means squat, other than we've already seen this movie before where the rubbish from Sheila Gunn Reid has also ended up on Amazon's bestseller lists, while having no literary value whatsoever.

There are a lot of overtly anti-trans books being published right now.
