I don't know the sex of that individual. It's not breathing out the bubble, it's taking air from the SCUBA diver's regulator into its mouth, then expelling it, probably using its tongue.
I wonder if the animal figured out how to do that by itself or was somehow trained. Training for that seems like a long process.

The belugas at the Vancouver aquarium also do that ring trick, without an assistant.
