Blogging Tory Raphaeldrian Alexandnair is terribly, terribly concerned about ideologically-inspired violence. Well, OK, he's terribly, terribly concerned about some ideologically-inspired violence. Not all of it.
Apparently, life is short, Adrian is a busy man and you have to pick your outrages carefully.
QUOTE OF THE WEEK: Really, is there any way you're going to top this?
It’s one thing to criticize Israel for their policies with regards to Gaza and Palestine. The use of phosphorous shelling, civilian casualties, and expansion of settlements are all worrisome.
Adrian opines that the indiscriminate use of illegal white phosphorus munitions against civilian populations is, in his words, "worrisome." That's quite the delightful bit of understatement there, wouldn't you say? Sort of like saying there's something about Catholic priests fucking altar boys that makes you uneasy but you can't quite put your finger on it.
P.S. In case you need to see what white phosphorus does to the human body, well, take a deep breath first. Yeah, I think we can all agree that that's "worrisome." Possibly even "disturbing," but I suspect Adrian would draw the line at "disturbing."
