And here's where we juxtapose ...

It is an obvious truism that a properly-functioning democracy requires a thoughtful and educated electorate.

It is a similarly obvious truism that Canada's Blogging Tories are easily the stupidest, most illiterate and badly-educated group of Canadian assclowns ever to put foreheads to keyboard.

It is, therefore, moderately entertaining to note that Stephen Taylor, the man most responsible for unleashing that collection of shrieking, racist spambrains on the Canadian political landscape, is currently a Fellow at the Manning Centre for Building (you guessed it) Democracy.

Is anyone else amused by that? I'm amused by that. Are you amused by that?

What I find amusing is that stephen taylor likes to add the word "scientist" to his resume... as if desperately seeking some kind of credibility...

It is almost as insulting as seeing Preston Manning suckle his way into the Council of Canadian Academies...

I'm wondering why these free market ideologues never seem to have a real job...

(And yes kiddies, the Fraser Institute is really run by fright wingers that very little credibility and jerk-off to Ann Coulter)

I hear they sleep in coffins on Burnaby Mountain and only come out at night.
