Not the Blogging Tories news: July 29, 2007.

In exciting news of blatant GOP corruption, current U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales is now, beyond any reasonable doubt, a lying piece of right-wing shit who perjured himself. In response, Canada's obedient conservative howler monkeys, the Blogging Tories, immediately leapt into action to cover their ears and look away.

On the other hand, if you want to know all about Democrat John Edwards and his haircut, well, the BTs are so all over that baby. It's a priorities thing.

Nice illustration of how shallow and witless the BTs are for the most part.

Here’s another one. The Toronto Star had a review in Sunday’s paper of The World Without Us, a new book that imagines what the Earth would be like 500 years after it was suddenly depopulated by humans for some reason (it could be as a result of the Rapture… who knows?). Kind of an awe-inspiring thought in many respects and one that the New Scientistt called “humbling - and perversely comforting.” So, what’s Brian Lemon’s take on it? “The Toronto Star Hates People” he snorts. Urgh, these people are such blockheads.

I'm thinking that what you really meant to write was "suddenly depopulated of humans," no?
