Sometimes, it's for their own good.

Stageleft brings us the story of the government of Australia deciding what is and isn't good for aboriginals. I have to admit, I'm kind of torn on this one; it's sort of like deciding that it's not a good idea to give science books to conservatives -- you know that they're just going to end up injuring themselves or something.

Evolution is a fact, how it works is a theory. Period. People on the right that know, need to speak up about this, enough is enough.

I have read a very good book called "Dances with Dependency" "Indigenous Success through Self-Reliance" by Calvin Helin who has my deep respect for telling us how things are and what to do about it. Use George W. Bushes "the google" to find a link.

We need solutions to First Nation and Aboriginal problems world wide. When I see First Nation Children I see potential, they just need a chance. All people are not equal but all people should have equal opportunity. How to get there, needs great minds like the writer above, and all of us together. It is time, it is long past due to get the mess we all have made cleaned up.

PS loved the comment section "So how's that "surge" going again?" Wow, wow, wow. This is how anarchy would work.
