Tracking the elusive Rossosaurus.

I have recently received, from two independent sources, suggestions that Patrick Ross is currently toiling away at a forestry-related company named "Timber Pro Logging Ltd," whose head office is in Clairmont, Alberta, which meshes nicely with Patrick's occasional admissions that he is working at something related to forestry, and with his obvious location in Clairmont.

These are only suggestions, but that information has been passed on to the appropriate authorities, who will follow up.

UPPITY DATE: Another anonymous tipster agrees that this is the company Patrick might be working at, claiming that at least a couple pictures Patrick posted on his Facebook page look suspiciously like photos from that company's web site gallery.

I don't use Facebook so I have no ability to confirm that, but others are invited to see if there is any substance to that claim.

That company has an email address, info@tproltd.com, do you want someone to just email and ask if Patrick works there?

Not yet. For now, let's let nature (and Saskatchewan sheriffs) take its course. If that produces no results due to lack of forthcomingness, then we can go to Plan B.

Wouldn't be surprising. The forestry, construction and fisheries industries are three traditional refuges of debtors looking to stay below the radar. Lots of short term, transient employment; poor documentation of workers; and a culture that's sympathetic to men looking to duck out of their debt (which they usually attribute to a demonic ex.)

Anon @ 10:46: I was unaware of that industry connection, but it seems a bit weird that someone who is trying to keep a low profile is still yapping his face off on Twitter, and recently sued someone wherein he was forced to provide his home address and e-mail address for service.

There's stupid, there's burning stupid, and then there's Patrick.

Indeed. I'm not sure he's made the distinction between real life and online gaming, where you discover the limits of the possible by pushing a game to and past its limits, die, laugh, and select "Play Again?" I can see him in five years in his dad's basement, smelly sweatpants and t-shirt reeking, bleary-eyed with a small trickle of saliva rolling down his chin, dully pawing at the wall again looking for the hidden "reset my life" button.

You are assuming that I haven't seized that house by then to pay off my debt. That is not a safe assumption.

Cynic,

I'll assume the market value of the Ross Family home in Lloydminster, SK slightly exceeds his $115-120K debt to you. If and when you liquidate the house, I'll guess Twatsy and/or his family would be entitled to any extra money from the sale?

Of course, we'll suggest putting the Ross Family home on the market in February during a recession, and to use a realtor who charges 10%.

I'm not certain you'll have any claim on the Ross family home unless Patrick's name has made its way onto the title. Of course, there's always the possibility that you will end up suing them over their role in this whole escapade. (although, I would hope that the older members of the clan have been smart enough not to engage in anything directly actionable)

MgS: More going on than you know that I am not at liberty to post so ... be patient. Shit is getting real.

Understood. I only know what you and Patrick have posted. No expectation that this represents the entire picture, or that you would disclose aspects that are still pending.

To be 100% honest, there's far more going on in my battle with Patrick that I have not released. In actuality, I've purposely misrepresented some facts knowing that Patrick would:

1. Contact anyone I revealed in our going back and forths on Twitter. ie. He called Tick Tock Tech and completely then lied about what was said in his Statement of Claim.

2. Run with literally anything I said. It's been shown Patrick keys in on things said and mentally twists them to serve his purposes. He of course did that when I said he was 'in a hotel in Grande Prairie', when really it was in Clairemont. Clairemont is to GP what St. Albert is to Edmonton.

When dealing with Patrick, you have to feed him disinformation because he never engages honestly and I knew from his dealings with the RCMP in GP he would twist everything told to him.

As I said, there's more going on in the background here than I'm willing to state online. Patrick 100% reads this blog. He reacts to it. I've even planned for the eventuality that Patrick will try to drag this out. His case history with Robert was extensively researched, so I'm prepared for things to come.
