Chronicles of Twatrick: "Really awkward tweets" edition.

Regular readers will recall how, during his court appearance back in March of 2012, Patrick "Outlaw Debtor" Ross insisted to the judge that he had never received a copy of the judgment, despite his asking for one:

Amusingly, this flies in the face of Patrick, less than two months earlier, cackling gleefully online about how he's successfully managed to evade service all that time specifically for the purpose of not accepting service of that very judgment, mocking me as (among other things) "pathetic", given my apparent inability to track him down:

I have passed on the above to Peter Skinner, who is encouraged to put it before the judge in his upcoming hearing, as an example of Patrick's bad faith involving legal proceedings.

P.S. Unsurprisingly, Patrick has deleted the above tweets, no doubt realizing how incriminating they are. Luckily, I've had the screenshot for quite some time.

AH, IRONY! It is somewhat amusing that Patrick has tweeted absolutely nothing at his "OutlawTory" account since Oct 18, and here's the irony. Having insisted that his tweeting at Peter Skinner represents proper and adequate service, Patrick is undoubtedly now avoiding any engagement on his "OutlawTory" account, just so he can later claim that he wasn't paying attention and didn't see stuff.

In short, Patrick is going to argue that tweets from him represent proper and valid legal service, while tweets to him could possibly be overlooked and therefore don't count.

Truly, Patrick has a dizzying intellect.

P.P.S. It should come as no surprise that when Peter goes before the judge to have Patrick's worthless lawsuit kicked to the curb, he is going armed with years worth of evidence of Patrick's slimy, evasive, vexatious behaviour related to his dealings with me. Trust me, I've loaded up Peter with everything he could possibly need.

I'm guessing Patrick is in for a very bad week.

Is that hearing the one where Peter is asking the judge to dismiss Twatsy's million dollar lawsuit? When is that happening? Can people watch or listen?

A "bad week" for Patrick is usually when all of the McFlurry machines in Northern Alberta McDonald's are broken, and when pornhub's servers crash at night.

He clearly cannot comprehend the trouble he's in due to stupidity and/or sociopathy.

So what's happening? I heard that hearing was today. Any news?
