P.S. Dare I suggest that, now that Ezra and his long-time oil patch buddies behind "The Democracy Fund" are finally starting to appreciate how unwisely they've played games with TDF's CRA-registered mandate, they've abandoned all those piddling individual cases that brought in so much dosh, and are going to try to salvage the situation by focusing exclusively on "strategic litigation?"
I'm just speculating.

One is left to wonder how many defendants received more or less the same PFO message by e-mail after having been told that they were going to have their defence costs covered by Ezra?
