Girls these days.

Shorter Miss Huronia Helena Guergis: If girls didn’t dress like sluts, boys wouldn’t treat them like sluts.

Big Daddy Stephen Harper’s New, Newer, Newest Government™, boys and girls -- bringing back the 50’s one clueless initiative at a time.

I'm trying to read this and not think of Wendy Sullivan.

It's not working.

Noticed that "Gabby" the mouthpiece for the CPAC in Quebec showed up to defend it. Go Gabby!

Before going all mental, I'd suggest some read the website of the group.

Please, by all means, go after the wording of the boneheaded presser...
Whoever wrote that should be severely chastised for being an idiot.. unless it demonstrates how Guergis feels....

Hi, I'm not on one side or the other, but I'm not convinced by that crap-o news release that MP Guergis is blaming girls and young women. The release certainly leads you to conclude that they are focusing on a symption of hypersexuality without addressing the many roots (where to start? fashion trends; family life; internet porn; a culture of instant gratification; a culture that increasingly deconstructs the individual while focusing exclusively on it, yadda, yadda). But this government can't manage Kraft Dinner, you think these dimbulbs can do anything more than fund some sensitivity training?

While I have no issue with the program, per se, they can't even take credit for thinking it up.

Social conservatives: cowering at complexity since forever.

Reality is that people get treated based on how they portray themselves.
