There are a few threads on Reddit and elsewhere chronicling the slow unwinding of this nonsensical movement. Most it's "leaders" stabbing each other in the back, accusing each other of betraying their "movement", and/or lamenting their own impending bankruptcy. What's funny is that no-one is actually saying anything intelligible about their ostensible "cause" this time around, which is "saving" "children" from undefined evil forces lurking out there; drag story hours? Pronoun selection?? Non-gendered washrooms???

Whatever it is, it's nothing the Federal government regulates, and nothing that can be accomplished through protests on the hill. I guess coming to Ottawa en masse to shriek about the Cause Du Jour has just gotten to be a habit. This year's crop seems much stupider, more violent, and less focused than the previous crusades; I'm curious to see whether Poilievre decides to go for another dip in the cesspool this time around.

I'm guessing Poilievre will avoid them. That creep Arnold Vierson met with them and it was probably him who invited them into Parliament. A dozen wandered around the halls and got ejected when Press Progress asked questions of Vierson's office.

The somewhat smart ones from Feb 2022 are in court now and/or awaiting trial and/or facing that civil lawsuit, and are aware that their bank accounts can be frozen.
