That’s one of the consequences of favoring blind loyalty over competence.
Hard to see how a "billionaire" benefits from a jury deciding damages, especially a NY jury which is likely to give Trump the Bronx cheer. Trump may claim he wants a jury trial, but he's a senile, lying, cheating, con artist sex pest. It's not clear to me that Habba was incompetent here.
Agreed. The idiot in this anecdote is (envelope, please. Drum roll...) Trump, who is stupidly, if inadvertently, badmouthing his own legal team for their very sensible decision.
However, he probably realizes that his rage-addicted sea monkeys are incapable of connecting the dots, so it doesn't really matter WHAT he says, as long as he says it furiously enough.
