Aren't they gorgeous?
They’re even on sale – happy birthday to me, indeed.
Nosce te ipsum. And to think, it only took me 11 months to find the perfect replacement pair. Is it just me or does that give just the tiniest indication that I’m hard to please?
I don’t think it’s just me.

Oh dear...so when is the next meetup of Ottawa folks?
;)
I don't know, I always favoured round toes. I'm a child of the 1990s, what can I say.
I like square toes, myself.
We should have a "show off your new boots" fest.
Don't your toes get all squished in boots like that?
You wouldn't think it would be so hard to find something simple but classy. But it is.
So you think you can just saunter over and tower over me, in your snappy high-heeled Emma Peel-ish boots?
Ha! Just Ha!
Gawd, Balbulican - who cares about toes? Look at those boots, dammit!
Just one of those guys things, I guess. I never understood why someone would put their ankles at risk and their toes in peril in boots like that. However, I am the last person in the world with the right to an opinion on wardrobe. What color blind is to light and tone deafness is to music, I am to fashion.
Happy Birthday, LuLu

Fashion is about looking good, Balbulican, comfort be damned.
Really, women should get twice the pay for work of equal value, I think because we have to look good while doing it.
"comfort be damned"i was gonna say "who cares?!"
