Speaking of manly men ...
Shorter Poppa Junker “Paul”: The pundits think Left-of-center women don’t like Big Daddy because of AGW. I think it’s because the (L)iberal, latte-sipping, feminazis don’t read.
Hmmmm. I seem to remember issuing a little challenge to Poppa back here – the silence from him has been deafening. Who would’ve thought a big manly man like him would be so uncivil? Perhaps I should call bullshit louder.

Speaking of other "manly men", I happend to come across this nutjob who seems to be more interested in appeasing his American neocon masters rather than a being a Canadian (notice how he stands infront of an American flag):
"...Obama draws the woman’s vote more than Hillary Clinton: he’s a limp-wristed weakling whose appearance and attitudes are perfectly in keeping with the cultural mores of the day."
Yet another formless blob who's deemed himself arbitor of all that is masculine.
What’s with this “ecophobe” word he seems to have coined, or is at least trying to give currency. How dumb is this guy? Wouldn’t “ecophobe” mean someone with a fear OF the environment? You know, as opposed to a concern about it. What a meaningless, stupid word.
Maybe we should start calling Herr Junker Sr. an “intelliphobe.”
Counter — That's the batshit crazy douchebag that wrote the hateful screed over at the Western Standard's "Shotgun Blog" the other day. What a piece of work that was!
Over there he said that Obama looked like a strangely pale transsexual or some such thing (I really can't bring myself to go look in order to confirm the exact wording).
I noted one of his many (deservedly ignored it would seem) blogs was "Schizophreniacs for Dean" from 2003. That alone is enough to earn my undying enmity. It also seems that at one point he was running for school trustee. There's a cheerful thought.
Having now seen this "formless blob" I can see why the very appearance of someone like Obama would make his blood boil (his words, not mine). The guy has some serious "issues" it would seem.
Or a "femaphobe"? Oh wait, we already have a word for that - Ass Monkey.

Too bad he didn't get that one. He could've set straight all that "wussification" that plagues our school kids. You know, with all those "liberal" anti-bully programs, etc. etc. Apparently kids today aren't getting the chance to fully appreciate the benefit of recieving a good drubbing at the hands of a bully and therefore making them stronger.
"liberal" anti-bully programs, etc. etc
As someone who was bullied relentlessly up until the point where I started highschool, ( I started carrying a switchblade, wearing a black trenchcoat and fedora and started standing up to the giant jock douchebags that decided to mess with my friends ) personally I think a better anti-bully policy would be to tie the aggressors to the fence over a red ant hill and let the nerds take turns in the Chem lab developing the world's best ant attractor.
Since we're not allowed to carry knives and guns and other weapons in school, and we're not really allowed to defend ourselves ( You wouldn't believe how many times I got in trouble for defending myself or someone else ) the only other option is to let the asshat beat the shit out of you until you snap, go buy some assault rifles ( thank you Bush for letting the Brady bill lapse! ) and annihilate the student body. It's not a matter of wussification it's a matter of not having to be harassed when going to school to learn how to become a productive human being because some jarhead wanna be asshole wants to prove how big a man he is by picking on someone 1/4th his size.

I'm not sure how serious you're being, but I don't believe the answer to bullying is an arms race.
In my daughter's school they have a very active anti-bullying campaign that emphasises from day one the wrongness of bullying and involve the parents heavily in reinforcing the message. Acts of bullying are reported directly to the principal who in turn contacts the parents. I realize that you cannot end bulllying all together, but I think that having the parents deeply involved is a good start.
"notice how he stands infront of an American flag"
and notice how he's displayed it inappropriately....

Yet another mention. This is really starting to get unsettling.
Although I must say that the insults are really sub-par this time. A few brilliantly original ones popped up in the past. You can't raise the bar like that, and then slump back down. Where's Ti-Guy when you need him?
Oh, and as for your challenge, he's probably not even aware of it...he doesn't spend much time here.
Anyway, getting back to your obsession, its really starting to creep me out. To quote sting, sometimes "when you love somebody" its best to "set them free".

I was only being partially facetious. The bullying I was going through was stopped by me stomping the shit out of somebody in Chemistry class. Now that I think about it I don't think I even got suspended for it.
To clarify I do not advocate students carrying weapons. Nor do I actually advocate the devouring of jocks by fire ants. ( though if you had asked me that at age 17 you might have gotten a different answer ).
My point was actually that anti-bully programs are a better alternative to the kid who snaps one day and kills 30 of his classmates because he's constantly picked on for stupid shit by guys with five braincells each and an overabundance of testosterone. As a student I have a right to go to school and not get harassed, beat on, shaken down, jumped or any of the other interpersonal sports bullies and wannabe thugs like to play.
If the choice comes down to me sticking a knife in a bully's abdomen and pulling up until I meet rib cage in the middle of the hallway OR having him suspended, sued, prosecuted and perhaps forced to take 'decent human being' classes I'd choose the latter. The guys who talk about the wussification of America are obviously the types who liked to do the bullying and not have any consequences at all.
Sorry that's not allowed in a civilized society.

I figured that you were, at least partly, being tongue-in cheek I just wanted to throw in my view on the subject. The sentiments that you expressed in your post closely mirror mine.
