Jimminy Prentice Bends Down Low And Licks For The RIAA

Hey you fuckin' pirates, get off my lawn! This is just depressing. I'm off to get ice cream. In the mean time, everybody email a pop song of dubious provenance to to Jimminy. Then we can turn him in. Or better yet, how about all of those law abiding, morally pure Conservative role models, all of whom are above reproach, produce their PDAs, cell phones, iPods and various MP3 players, computers, laptops and other devices to show the rest of us how to behave. After all, the law and order party should provide us a positive example. Not a one of them would have a suspect, downloaded version of a song, hmm. Not a one of them would have circumvented any locks, digital, mechanical or otherwise, in order to transfer a file from one device or format to another. It is time my friends to batter down the doors of the constituency offices and insist that those who serve at our behest and on our dime actually take our needs and the best interests of our nation into account. Fuckers.

Oddly enough, the Conservatives have no qualms about borrowing copyrighted material on their website...
As you know, they use GOC (paid for by canadian citizens) on their website...

I wonder if this law will remove the levy on CDs?

Let's not forget the anti-abortionists who appropriated the Canada word mark for their "March for Life".
