And a lovely time was had by all ...
I spent the afternoon at Kaleidoscope Books listening to Bow. James Bow. read from his latest novel "The Young City", the third in The Unwritten Books series. After the reading was over, James, his adorable daughter, Vivian, Dr. Dawg and I wandered down to the Barley Mow for dinner. The food was excellent, the conversation was immeasurably better and Vivian and I bonded as only two girls can.
What? I'm terrific with kids.

No kidding, LuLu. I was impressed!
A fun time was had by all--great meeting James face-to-face for the first time.
Yes, you are. Vivian had a great time, thanks to you, LuLu.
Sorry I missed the dinner guys, but as they say a la prochain.
I'm going to start on the books as soon as I have Cormac McCarthy's All the Pretty Horses out of the way.
Great to meet everyone...
