This is a mental health issue, a horror, among many horrors. Who really has an answer to this?

Revolutions and mass killings have started with the no "fair cry".
A horrible act, and well worth remembering. Of course, coming from where I do, I remember another event that also happened on this very same day. A lot of people forget about it, sadly.
