Random late night thoughts about the uselessness of the Blogging Tories.

Recently, one of the bigger news stories down south is the ongoing feud between the Obama White House and the dishonest doucheitude that is Fox News, with countless right-wing whackjobs and yokels (Blogging Tories included) yammering on about how much they admire Fox News since they (Fox News) are the only ones who will ask the tough questions, hold Obama's feet to the fire, demand answers no one else will, yadda yadda yadda, you know the rest.

Amusingly, these would be the same Blogging Tories who, at the first hint of gentle dissension from any blog commenter, will frantically slam the doors and shutter the windows on their blogs and go full-metal comment moderation and deletion, screeching about how mere disagreement clearly constitutes a savage, brutal, trollish violent attack on them, their family and their entire way of life, and for whom every single intellectual confrontation represents brown trousers time and Mommy, please stop all the bad people from saying things I don't like!

The hypocrisy would be entertaining if it wasn't so sadly pathetic.
