Barack Obama's arrival in the White House won't change one thing for at least one Canadian. Maher Arar remains banned from the United States.
"Mr. Arar is not welcome in the United States. He's not admissible," said the acting U.S. ambassador to Canada, chargé d'affairs Terry Breese.

That's pretty undiplomatic language. Let's hope we don't see a continuation of this obnoxious attitude from the Americans. I know I'm fed up with it.
