Not wanting to be left out in the Republican presidential stupidfest, Ron Paul takes a stranglehold on the all-important Neo-Nazi vote. Via the great orange Satan aka Kos himself, from a 1992 article in Grand Dragon Paul’s very own Ron Paul Report (emphasis added):
Indeed, it is shocking to consider the uniformity of opinion among blacks in this country. Opinion polls consistently show that only about 5% of blacks have sensible political opinions, i.e. support the free market, individual liberty, and the end of welfare and affirmative action.... Given the inefficiencies of what D.C. laughingly calls the "criminal justice system," I think we can safely assume that 95% of the black males in that city are semi-criminal or entirely criminal.
If similar in-depth studies were conducted in other major cities, who doubts that similar results would be produced? We are constantly told that it is evil to be afraid of black men, but it is hardly irrational. Black men commit murders, rapes, robberies, muggings, and burglaries all out of proportion to their numbers.
Sweet dancing Jesus, this is gonna get ugly.
D'oh! Spelled "have" wrong in the title - I blame Christmas.

I’m surprised this is only coming to light now. Sorry, but Paul’s disturbing remarks about race aren’t exactly “news” to those familiar with his record. It was just conveniently swept under the rug and willfully ignored because he’s such an effective attack-dog against his fellow Republican aspirants on the issues of the war in Iraq and American military misadventures.
we're supposed to break these kinds of stories after they've chosen their horse....

KEv — LOL. Shhhhhhhh...
Gawd, is it any wonder the Dems are such losers?
As a non-voting U.S. taxpayer (*snicker*), I was just happy to let Rep. Paul "run with it" if you know what I mean.
i gotta admit, i knew nothing of his "colorful" past. i've been taking him at face value; the bigoted comments are bad enough, but the backpeddling....

Dave Niewert has been writing about Paul for a while.
As a Canadian I sure don't want Ron Paul as a neighbour. Fortunately, as he barely registers in the polls, most Americans don't want anything to do with him eiher.
KEv — I’ve heard the chatter on Dem boards for quite a while now, but decided not to make anything of it because, as I said, he’s such a useful bomb-thrower and subversive against the likes of Thompson, Romney, Giuliani, et. al. Besides, as Chris rightly points out, he’s not a “serious” threat in terms of gaining traction with the mainstream. To mix a metaphor, let sleeping dogs lie, as far as his baggage, I say.
