Will they be calling the troops back from Afganistan to deal with the snow in Ontario? :)

Likely as fast as the troops came home to deal with every state emergency south of the 49th.

The sad thing is, it's great out here in the West. I say sad because now falling into the old coot category, I remember when we had Big Snow out here (which is why I'm very inclined to believe in climate change) If we got that now, I think we'd easily beat your list of vehicle collisions due to weather, and that's with a far smaller driving population. The bulk of the drivers here just don't know how to drive to the conditions anymore.
