Hang on, we're almost done here.

Shorter Israeli military: "We can't stop yet; some of them are still moving."

P.S. I particularly like this part:

Some 15,000 Palestinians have packed the U.N.'s 23 Gaza schools because their homes were destroyed or to flee the violence. The U.N. provided the Israeli military with GPS coordinates for all of them.

Thanks, U.N. You have served your Jewish overlords well.

That last bit is a little over the top, CC, unless I'm missing some irony. The UN provides GPS coordinates precisely to let the IDF know where not to shell. Unfortunately the IDF doesn't give a fuck, but that's not the UN's doing.

Dr. D:

Given that the Israeli military has never shown any restraint in terms of where they lob their shells, giving them the GPS co-ordinates of anything would seem to be a self-defeating proposition.

Besides, giving them GPS coordinates for anything in the Gaza seems a bit redundant. The area is, I have heard, about the size of the city of Atlanta, and what are the chances that the Israeli military does not know the position of every cobblestone and manhole cover in there?

The UN provision of locations may be for the purpose of not allowing weasel room or deniability if they strike one of the schools.

I agree with Noni. But like Dr. Dawg said, it's not like Israel cares.
