Dear (insert deity of choice):
Are you fucking kidding me?
That’s it — I’m moving to Aruba. Who’s with me?
And furthermore. Guess who just called my place? Go on ... guess.
If you said my mother, you'd be totally right. Now where did I put the martini glasses? I need one for each hand, don't you know.

I'm flying Bearskin to Ottawa tomorrow night. I have to find my boots first.
B-E-A-R, people. B-E-A-R.
Hah, I've flown Bearskin. The little vintage plane was cute! First time I've ever noticed the sensation of going sideways in turbulence.
My blog commenter regular WhiteNoise refers to the Bearskin Metroliner as the "death tube".
Meanwhile in Lotusland....
Bwahahahahahahaha! ;-)
Lalalalalalalalalala ... I can't heeeeaaaaarrr yooouuuuu.
Must be all the Grey Goose ;-)
Ummmmmmm..... looks more like Snow Goose ;-)
Funneee ;-)
Aruba? Naw. Bonaire. Not so many casinos, more donkeys, better diving.
Sounds great, balby. More ass ;-)
I'm with you.
Obviously global warming is a myth. : )
I can control the weather so take that suckers!
It's practically balmy here, and shall remain so.
But can you turn back the hands of time, paladiea? Can you build a castle from a single grain of sand? Can you make a ship sail over dry land?
Should be a fun time in Ottawa, Sheena. I've got my kick ass boots and skin tight jeans all ready for a night out. Think Sid Vicious meets... PeeWee Herman.
Are all those hot new Conservative caucuses in town yet?
(word verification makes Sheena type "clinga")

No, theoretically, and yes.
Caucii?
And there's no such thing as hot New Conservative, Sheena.
How about just stupid and rich?
Hm. Well, there's plenty of stupid. Not much rich, though. But stupid, real stupid. And, well, more stupid.
Yup. Ottawa's IQ is pretty much in the double digits now. Thanks, Canada. Thanks a lot!#%&*#!
Frank's already beaten me to it, but you would simply not believe what a fabulous day it was here in Lotusland Monday. Sunny, warm... not a cloud in the sky for most of the day. Kind of weird actually — sort of like an errant bit of summer that had been suddenly stranded in late October.
